Our research laboratory is extremely spacious and perfect for carrying out research.

全ての学生に、一脚十数万円と噂されている快適で高級なイスが与えられています。

For all of our students, we provide comfortable and high class chairs, rumored to cost around 100,000 Japanese yen are shown above.

全ての学生に、ノートパソコンとディスプレイ（27インチ）、バックアップ用外付けディスクを貸与しています。希望に応じてキーボードやマウスも貸与しています。

For all of our students, we provide a laptop and secondary monitor (27 inches), a backup disc, and if desired, a keyboard and mouse.

研究室のあちこちにホワイトボードが設置されています。雑談をしていたと思ったら研究の話になっていて、「よし、ちょっとホワイトボードで議論しようじゃないか」という光景をよく見かけます。

We have several whiteboards which are typically used by members who are in discussion and wish to write their ideas down freely.

ロボットによる対話システムを実現するために、富士ソフト社のPALROを用意。かわいがられています。

For dialogue systems using robots, we have a Fujisoft's PALRO robot which is loved by all of our members.

誰でも自由に使える、高速・高性能スキャナも完備。書き込んだ資料を電子化しておきたい、というニーズにばっちりお答え。

We have high-speed printers and scanners which can be used freely.

A3まで出力可能な高画質インクジェットプリンタもあり、研究発表ポスターなどの印刷に活用されています。

We also have an Epson printer which can output in A3 size and can be used to print research posters.

ゼミ室での勉強会の様子です。大きなスクリーンと全面ホワイトボードで議論が進みます。

Shown above is a study group in our seminar room. A large screen and whole wall whiteboard are used to carry out such meetings.

時には休憩、いつもと違う場所で研究できる空間が2カ所あります。冬にはコタツになります。

We have two rest spaces. We have a kotatsu in winter.
